Hi Everybody,

I had hoped to have this fully automated by now but between moving HQ twice this year and a full time job,  it hasn't happened.  We'll attack it in pieces.

First a few housekeeping items.
If anything in your section (green border) of the Members Only webpage is not correct please send an email to our Executive Administrator, Ken Simpson, W8EK ExecAdmin at qcwa.org with the corrections.

Only one officer per chapter needs to respond.  Some chapter's only have 1 officer, some have over 5.
When I ask you to look at something,  if what is displayed is correct, please don't respond at all.

For part one you'll be looking at Chapter Officers, Chapter Members and Meeting Locations.

Since the Chapter Officers Section went live in June, I've made many changes here.  That doesn't mean all the chapter officers shown are correct.

All chapter officers must be a member in good standing of the national organization.  I can only add active(dues are current) members to your officer corps.  There maybe a few that are currently listed that need to join or renew.   Please ask them to take care of this at www.qcwa.org/join-renew.php  The Officer list was generated before I had access to which members were active or not.

If the list of officers isn't current, please send me corrections.  I don't need to know your election is in March, I don't need to know that Sam wants to retire or held the position for 12 years.  
Send me a list of the officers to be removed.

Send my a list of additions or changes that includes:
office, name, call, email address

Then scroll down to the 'Members Assigned to your chapter' section.  

If you have members that are not shown, or are no longer a member of your chapter; 
If you want a copy of all the DB records for your chapters members;
If you want a copy of all the DB records for QCWA members in your area, compile a list of Zip Codes;
and send an email to Ken Simpson, W8EK ExecAdmin at qcwa.org with the changes or request.
Again the Members should report any changes to their personal data to Ken as well.

Then scroll down a bit farther in the Chapter Officer's section to the section with the orange bar that reads 'Events'

These are the events reported to me over the years and currently displayed at www.qcwa.org.
Only send me corrections or deletions.

The information needed is
Chapter #, When #1, Time, Name of event and location #2 , Street Address #3,  contact's call sign and email id.

1 - When can be; Month and Day;  3rd Saturday every month
2 - Meeting - Ryan's Steak House;   Field Day - WA9JMO's QTH
3 - the actual street address, not behind XYZ Dept Store or West on Hwy 7.

I only need the information that is current now.

Going forward, these will not be part of the Annual Report.  They can be updated whenever the information is changed.

This appears to be allot of data but if you send in the changes as they occur, it should be quite east to keep on top of.
