I need to clarify the best way for Chapter officers to submit the highly 
prized Chapter Reports for the Journal.

The preferred route for sending Chapter Reports for the Journal is via 
e-mail, either as a direct e-mail, or from a word processing program as 
an attachment.  A by far less desirable route is via FAX, and the least 
desirable route is via regular USPS mail.

ONLY if necessary, send FAX to:  QCWA GM Jim LaPorta, N1CC --FAX:

AND, as a last resort, use the previously suggested direct mail address.
