[QCWA Hotlist] Attention Chapter Secretaries, other Chapter Officers

Good Morning Chapter Secretaries, or other Chapter Officers with 
responsibility for Chapter Reports for the Journal.  This message comes 
to you as a gentle reminder that the Second Quarter of 2012 is rapidly 
coming to a close, and that a Chapter Report to the Journal is due at 
QCWA HQ by July 1, 2012.

Your Chapter Report is important to QCWA, as members all around the 
country and the world look at these reports to keep up with what's 
happening in the local QCWA Chapters.  Information such as recruiting 
success, members gained/renewals, Chapter meeting programs, Chapter 
Outings, achievements by your Chapter members, etc., -- all this, and 
more, are items of interest to other QCWA members.  Your discussion of a 
special project can inspire another Chapter to take up an activity and 
thereby build enthusiasm for the Chapter, and will  contribute to a 
sense of togetherness in something Good and Important - something 
distinctly QCWA in nature.

These Quarterly Chapter Reports to the Journal are typically the 
responsibility of Chapter Secretaries, but any Chapter Officer with the 
ability to string words into a short report is welcome to submit the 
report, given the approval to do so by the Chapter President.

Your Chapter Report to the Journal should be short!  Our editorial 
policy asks for a 500 word summary of your activities, and permits the 
submission of two photographs (with captions, please) related to those

Please make note of the regular submission dates for Chapter Reports for 
the Journal:  January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1.  We are looking 
forward to reading about your Chapter in the QCWA Journal.  Take pride 
in QCWA and in your Chapter and don't let your Chapter be left out of
