[QCWA Hotlist] Chapter 41 Vote - Associate Member Issue

Hi Val,

During your presentation to your chapter members regarding associates,
just how did you explain what an associate would be? Did you explain the
benefits that an associate would have? Do you really know what an
associate would be? Please tell me more about your presentation. 

FYI...The issue of associates was already discussed and HQ, along with
the directors and special committee members previously said NO. NO WAY.
If you do not have a record of the bylaws and decisions already made
regarding this topic, you can ask our President or GM to send them out
again via this reflector.
