[QCWA Hotlist] associate membership

It seems to me that it is the NEED for monies by the association
is the only reason for adding an associate category of membership

I missed our on-air-chapter yesterday ~ meets Sundays @ 8am ~ and
thus do not have a NUMBERS   ---- but  Chapter-10 has always "invited"
any licensed ham to join the NET and anyone can come to our  Annual
Meeting {without voting privileges}  and also to the Annual Picnic.
