[QCWA Hotlist] Associate Members

Associates membership "FANTASTIC IDEA" why did I not think of it! Why
reinvent the wheel? To any chapter who has implemented this please share
what you have done as our chapter needs more members.
I recall a plaque on the wall behind a former directors desk that said
"There they go, I must hasten after them for I am their leader".
