Bob,

Chapter 11 has always recognized the need for "friends and supporters" at 
our meetings and events (including the convention). Yes 17 No 0
We have several  "friends and supporters" assisting with our functions.
Since they can't vote, maybe waive the initiation fee associates and as an 
incentive to continue to full member when they are eligible?
