[QCWA Hotlist] A change for QCWA?

Hi Everybody,

Our CPA has suggested we add the category of Associate Member in a an 
attempt to increase our revenue.

I find this interesting as we also received a letter this week from Chapter 
89 encouraging us to do the same thing (it's attached and included below for 
those that don't have MS office)

Please poll your members and let me know how many are for having associate 
members and how many are not.

I know some chapters don't meet every month, that's ok, send the information 
when you have it.

We all know the reasons to have these members and the reasons to not have 
them, all I want is numbers.

Dear Chuck:

At the September meeting of Palmetto Chapter 89 QCWA, those present passed 
the following resolution:

"In this era of declining membership, chapter 89 QCWA unanimously supports 
and encourages QCWA national to add a category of QCWA membership to allow 
Associate Members. These non-voting members would not have the requirement 
of 25 years of licensure, but would support the QCWA national effort and 
local QCWA chapters financially and by service."

Accordingly, as Secretary-Treasurer of Chapter 89, I am passing this 
resolution to you for consideration.
