[QCWA Hotlist] Strange messages

Many of you just received a message, or two, from the Hotlist.

Every year about this time I remove all the old Chapter officers and add all the new chapter officers.  With 200 plus I'm not about to do them one at a time.

You all saw how well checking the 'Do not send a message' box worked.
