  Mr. Crompton, here's a reply from me.  I can't help but wonder, if you 
sent e-mail messages to two different people and didn't hear back from 
either of them, is it then just possible that you or your ISP have, or 
have had, a problem sending out e-mail?  Since you asked, these are some 
of my thoughts as regards to your 'problem.'  And I don't necessarily 
expect a reply.

I would remind you that last week the whole of the east coast took a 
pretty thorough dunking, with significant flooding in many areas.  While 
that wouldn't impede the transit of your e-mail message, it is possible 
that there could have been other difficulties attendant upon receiving it.

If your important problem is of a general nature, perhaps someone on 
this list could give you some assistance.  Your not having mentioned the 
nature of your difficulty makes it difficult to be more helpful at the 
moment.

Our Headquarters is a rather limited operation, Mr. Crompton, given the 
monumental tasks being undertaken there.  Having much interaction with 
that office, I can tell you that matters having to do with my Chapter 
are attended to in a most satisfactory manner.  If your need is as 
critical as you make it sound, please try the phone number listed in the 
QCWA Journal.
