Hi All,
 
    Here is your final reminder  that the spring QCWA Chapter 7 dinner is 
being convened May 2, 2010 from 1400 to  1700 PDST.
    Our speaker is Bill  Pasternak, WA6ITF, whose kudos include being the 
principal behind the  Amateur Radio Newsline along with "zillions" of others. 
His topic  is:
 
 
"Things can come true again when  everything old is new again"

    All are reminded that this  meeting is committed to the election of 
your officers for the next 12 months IAW  the chapter bylaws which are also 
attached. To date we have no nominations. Rian  has agreed to stay on as 
Treasurer if that is your pleasure. Considering that  the last officer transition 
left me and Bill, N6RV, in office because everyone  else stepped backwards 
when we did not move fast enough, I fear I see the same  thing happening 
again!
 
    Make sure you break into  your piggy bank or get your allowance from 
your designated keeper of the family  funds so you will be prepared to load up 
on raffle tickets. As in the past N6RV  will be bringing lots of goodies 
for your consideration.
