[QCWA Hotlist] Quarterly Chapter Reports for the Journal

Just a reminder, the quarterly reports are due by October 1st.

A Suggestion,  name your reports something unique.

If Doug gets 3 reports all titled  'fall-chapter-report.doc'  and saves them in the same folder, the first two are overwritten.

Use something like chapter008-fall-2009-journal-report.doc and chapter008-fall-2009-journal-picture1.jpg, chapter008-fall-2009-journal-picture2.jpg for any pictures.

Of course substitute your chapter number for 008 and zero fill the chapter number so the files sort properly.

If you chapter has a sight impaired member, please make an extra effort to get something in, even if it's only a schedule of upcoming meetings.

If you are not responsible for generating your quarterly chapter report please forward this email to whomever is.
