All QCWA members and friends are cordially invited to attend our Hamfest 
QCWA Forum on Saturday, Sep 12, 2009 at 2 P.M.  Local awards will be 
presented and there will be an audio-visual presentation by one of the 
QCWA Chapter 119 sponsored W4T Expedition members (Steve, W4XQ).  The 
W4T Team will be present.

The following blurb is from QCWA Chapter 119 President Ron, W8RJL

The Virginia Beach Hamfest will be held at Virginia Wesleyan College, 
1584 Wesleyan Drive on Sept. 12 and 13.  Tickets are $5 in advance and 
$8 at the door, and are good for both days.  Advance tickets get you in 
the Early Bird drawing.  For advance tickets, tables and/or tailgaiting,

There will be a flea market, vendors, tailgating, forums, VE sessions
Saturday & Sunday, DX card checking, and a DX banquet.

The DX banquet will be Saturday evening at 1830 at Uptown Buffet, 1050 
N. Military Hwy., Norfolk, VA. Bernie, W3UR, DX Editor for QST Magazine 
and publisher of The Daily DX Newsletter will be the guest speaker.  The 
  banquet meal features an all you can eat buffet for $17 and the food 
is good with an outstanding variety of selections.  For banquet
