To avoid confusion, this is not about the Annual Chapter Report that is due
at Headquarters in January of every year.

This is about the Quarterly Chapter Reports that appear in the Journal.

And more specifically, this is directed to the Secretaries of chapters; 5,
21, 25, 80, 95, 127, 143 and 149.

At some point in the past the secretary of your chapter indicated the
presents of a member in your chapter that was visually impaired.

If this is no longer the cast, please let us know so your chapter can be
removed from what may of us consider to be a very special list.

For those chapters that are left, you may not have been aware of the fact
that you have a visually impaired member or that something special was done
for them. Now you know.

The 8 chapters listed above did not submit a quarterly chapter report for
the journal that was just mailed. Your visually impaired member will
receive their tape and there will be nothing on it from their chapter. If
you don't have someone in your chapter designated to write this report,
please do so, if your the designated individual and you don't have time to
write the report, please get someone else designated. I know, your a
volunteer, guess what, we are all volunteers. This is a chance to
communicate with a visually impaired member from your chapter. Please don't
drop the ball.

The deadline for the next Journal was July 1st. I've made special
arrangements with our General Manager and Editor to get your reports
included if they are received by the 10th. (yes, I groveled)

They go to qcwagm at rcn.com not, I repeat not, to me.

To Chapters 8, 10, 41, 63, 65, 67, 70 , 112, 160 and 203 please
insure your reports are in for this quarter as well.

Tnx es 73,

Bob Roske, N0UF
President, QCWA
