Hi Bill,

Well, I certainly appreciate what you have to go through to get to Dayton. 
For me, its just a 4 hour drive from my home.

Problem is that we all could arrive on Wednesday [which I'm doing] and be 
refreshed and ready to tackle our Board Meeting on Thursday AM rather than 
the 6:30PM currently scheduled.  This approach seems to me to be so simple 
that I cannot comment further on same.  But as you've said "its just the way 
it is --a part of life --and we go with it".

But, it shouldn't have to be this way.  In all my years on the Board we've 
never had a Board Meeting in the night.  While I will attend same, I just 
feel that our Board Members currently expected to arrive on Thursday 
probably are tired from their long journey, etc.

But whatever I'm in the minority over this so "we go with it".  Thanks for 
your reply.
