Two points;

1.  These reports should be sent to the General Manager.
     An email attachment is preferred  qcwagm at rcn.com
     but snail mail works too:
         QCWA Inc.
         PO Box 3247
         Framingham, MA 01705-3247 USA

2. Please make the file name unique.  Name your report "QCWA Quarterly 
Journal Report Dec 2008.doc" and it could be overwritten by another report 
from a chapter that uses the same name.
    Use something like: "Chapter 8 Journal Report Dec 2008.doc"
