[QCWA Hotlist] Quarterly Reports for the QCWA Journal

 Good Afternoon,

The quarterly Chapter reports for the Journal are due again.  For most 
chapters, this is a nice to get turned in item but for those chapters listed 
below, it is more important.  These chapters have members that are visually 
handicapped and if you don't get a report turned in by January 1st, there 
will be nothing on the tape that directly effects your member(s).

If your chapter has a visually impaired member and is not on the list, 
forward that information to Chuck at HQ so they can be added.
