On a recent visit to ARRL Headquarters, I was made award of the 
ARRL/Salvation Army program to provide Christmas toys to the children 
displaced by the hurricanes in the gulf. I feel that this is a 
program worth support by QCWA members and chapters. If you are 
interested, I have posted a note on the QCWA web page (www.qcwa.org) 
with details. If a chapter sends a contribution, include QSL cards 
from all who donate plus a note that the contribution was made by a
