[QCWA] New Guy - AD4K

Welcome!  I guess I'm still relatively new.. 5 years now? Hihi!  I was
asked if i was in the right place when i went to a meeting back in
Orlando.  Guess I looked too young.

I'm trying to find QCWA activity in East Tennessee.  I moved up to
Knoxville from Orlando in February, but there doesn't appear to be an
active chapter here.  What can i do to remedy that?
