No. Absolutely not.

Merging the QCWA with the OOTC organization would be the
same kind of affront to their members as some misguided
efforts by our people to extend membership to people with
less that 25 years of licensing.

The QCWA board just went though some very painful changes
based on an honest assessment of the mistakes made in the
past. Let's not make new ones.
