[QCWA] Signing the ARRL/QCWA MOU

The MOU is renewing the existing 'Cooperative Agreement' that has existed 
between ARRL and QCWA since March of 1984.

It states we will work together to maintain or advance Amateur Radio 
whenever possible and opens the door for other areas of cooperation, like 
exchanging advertising.

The existing agreement is online at: http://www.qcwa.org/arrl-qcwa-mou.pdf 
and was signed by Stuart Meyer, W2GHK for QCWA and Larry Price, W4RA for 
ARRL.

The new agreement will be on line when I return from Dayton.
