Dave.....very good idea......your suggestion to make the Journal available 
as a download from the website has merit.

QCWA could also give members the option of not receiving the printed Journal 
and opt for downloading etc..

btw;  in all the years I have been a member of out local chapter I have 
never been aware that the Secretary receives a copy for distribution or 
otherwise.  It has simply never been mentioned.
