Hi Jeff,

I addressed questions 1 & 3 in the appendix of my original blurb.  As of June 
30th 2008, according to the roster, we have 6469 + 442 = 6911 members.  442 are 
non-US.

I do not know the answer to Q#2.

The reflector info says that there are 301 members; 220 non-digest and 81 
digest.
