went from two weekends to one and mixed modes.

I remember when it was done  Croft was handling it and that I tried to 
question it at that time without success.  That is the summary change I am 
referring to.  To my knowledge the rank and file membership who are the 
participants was never polled to include their input.

I still dont know why it is in there.

If you cant work a member of your chapter on more than one band then the 
rule should apply to any stations.although I still question whether this 
rule serves a useful purpose.
