I'm getting lots of email from folks that are having problems posting to the
reflector.

The 3 most often found reasons are:

message returned as HTML
this is caused by how the email client on your PC is set up to send
email.
I use Windows Mail, Vista OS and have a choice of Rich Text Format (RTF
or HTML) or Plain Text, I suspect you have something similar.
if you message is returned as HTML check the properties(right click on
it) and look for the line
     Content-Type: text/html it should say Content-Type: text/plain

message returned as possible SPAM.
reword your message, an ISP's definition of spam can change hourly.

SPAM definitions: specific words and/or phrases usually found in a spam
message.

posting to the reflector with an email id that you are not subscribed with.
     if I subscribe with n0uf at arrl.org I can't post using
broske at hutchtel.net
Some know how to use arrl.org by spoofing the email client, don't do
it, it's not a good idea.
some ISPs do bounce spoofed email ids.

spoofed: the email id's domain used doesn't match the ISP's domain that
generated the email.

I really can't help you with any of these.
