[QCWA] improving QCWA

Someone who was there needs to write those articles! The Editor only
publishes what he gets. I fear now that John Johnston W3BE is no longer
President that we might lose his column on the FCC, which is what I read
first and enjoy most. Followed by the stories.
I usually find noone I know in the Chapter news and skip those.
If you want stories about Korea et al, subscribe to MILITARY, or NAVAL
HISTORY magazines.
QCWA is not a general interest, nor military interest group. I do agree
photos of someone getting his 70 year etc award is of very limited interest.
It it a rare issue when I know ANYONE mentioned.
