[QCWA] Quarter Century or Not??

OK... here's an idea.   Do as some other organizations have done in the 
past... add a membership called Friends of QCWA.   That way folks that 
want to belong, that are not otherwise qualified, may do so.   While 
they would have no rights or privileges, they could attend activities 
and meetings, be mentored, add to the discussions, etc.   But... isn't 
that what visitors to those gatherings have been doing?... only now they 
would be charged a fee for doing so.   Kind of silly, but then they 
could "belong to QCWA".
