[QCWA] Vintage radio calendar

Curt,

    This is a better plan: http://www.wb4aej.com/hamdomain .

That way, you get a personalized email address (curt at w4cp.com, for
example) attached to a 25 megabyte mailbox and you can mask a Web page
to make it look like a Web site (http://www.w4cp.com). Isn't that
better than a lame yahoo.com account (especially since it costs less
than ten dollars per year to have)? And you can always upgrade it to a
full hosting account later if that's what you want to do (you will have
already registered the domain name).

While I am using this opportunity to publicize my Web site, let me
suggest that you check out http://www.wb4aej.com/was_plates . If you
see fit to have me add a picture of your ham plate to the site, you can
upload it at http://www.wb4aej.com/was_plates/upload.php .

I made an earlier announcement about the next one, but I will
restate it here. I'm working on a Web project that will require some
good photos of towers. I need full photo quality images to start with
(like they just came out of a 4.1 megapixel or better camera completely
unedited). The best candidates for my project will be portrait (not
landscape) and it would be best if the antenna were shown adjacent to
the building housing the ham shack. Please put the callsign of the
station in the filename so I can track the owner. You can upload it to
http://www.wb4aej.com/antennas .

I will share the results of the tower project with anyone who
provides me with a tower image that I use in the project.

    73,

Fred, WB4AEJ
