[QCWA] honors

Hi Norm,

I too believe this has merit. This, I believe, would fall under the QCWA 
Chapter Relations Standing Committee - who, I believe, subscribes to the 
QCWA Reflector. QCWA Director and, Chair Person of the QCWA Chapter 
Relations Committee, Carolyn Harrison, WB0OUM, should be reading this as I 
write. If not - I will pass it on to her.
