[QCWA] honors

I think its worthy of consideration.....no reason why QCWA could not honor distinguished radio clubs.  Orlando Amateur Radio Club is in that category as the oldest club in Florida and one of the oldest in the USA.  Likewise, the Providence Radio Association which predates 1925 and still going strong.

It would also be very good public relations for QCWA.  I suggest that QCWA make this an annual award suitably presented and publicized.
