Hi Walt.....sure do remember Frank Lester and am glad to hear he is doing
okay.......the QCWA gang in the NYC area and nearby are very active...they
have many joint meetings.
Congratulations on your 70 years award........I will have 70 years licensed
next year.....I am younger than you!!!
