[QCWA] Journal expense

Norm,

We have been debating the same issue at the LIMARC (Long Island Mobile ARC) 
BoD.  We currently have an electronic edition of our newsletter that is 
emailed to those who elect to receive it that way.  Our new editor is 
producing it in full color in PDF format.  The paper copy is done in b&w 
only.  It should not be too difficult to do.  I, for one would prefer to 
receive it electronically.
