[QCWA] A Challenge

Hi Carolyn..
Almost all of our chapter members are also members of the local amateur
radio clubs. There is always a measure of recruiting in progress.
My thought was to have QCWA appropriately acknowledge the leading amateur
radio clubs, some of which are many years older than QCWA.
I am suggesting the creation of an award which could be presented by a
member of a local chapter but would indicate to the radio club that their
service has been recognized by the QCWA organization.
I think that such a program would be a beginning towards some new efforts at
recruiting and enhancing QCWA's image.
