[QCWA] Winter Journal Address Problem

Chuck:  For information, I got the first mailed copy even though I don't 
live in a small community (300,000 or so in Columbus, GA).  But, the 
nine-digit zip code was used.  The last four digits are also my PO Box 
#, so using the nine-digit zip code for my address (and perhaps for some 
of the others who use post office boxes) directs the mail only to my PO 
Box.  I will pass the second issue along to KU8E, with whom I eat lunch
