Hi Norm:

The Hot Line report was issued by HQ and I have not seen one for some time. 
It is my memory that Chuck said some time back that the Report would not be 
issued on a regular basis. I think thay are relying on the members to check 
the Reflector.
 Items have been passed on in the past as part of the Newsletter.
