TO: QCWA Refelector;

First, I sent the original e-mail to the candidates that will be
voted on later in the year.  I chose not to include the present
board that were not running because they are not running and
can't be voted on.  The only candidate who has not received a
copy of the original direct from me is Walt N3WS his e-mail
bounced, when I get a correct e-mail I will send him a copy.

I did not send it to this refelector because, first it does not
represent the membership, second it has a number of smarter,
better informed knowitalls.  I have seen them cut a lot of people
apart for making suggestions.  If I had posted it here first that
would have been the end of it.  Don't get me wrong, there are a
lot of good people on this refelector, the bad ones ruin it for a
lot of us.

First I'm going to post a QCWA numbers list.  It gives the start
and stop number for each year back the the start of QCWA.  The
main thing it shows is the number of new members signed up each
year.

Next I will post the 14 items.  I say 14 items because when I
started writing I chose to number them.  The list just seemed to
grow.  I stand behind every word, every word. (yes, I know
someone will find a misspelled word or typo somewhere and make a
big deal out of it)

I for one hate to see QCWA DIE.
