[QCWA] The 14 Point Memo -

Bob.....All this comment on the suggestions of K5DLE mean nothing unless we 
are made aware of them and can evaluate  them ourselves.

If not, I think that this thread be discontinued as only the candidates and 
apparently now the board are familiar with them.

Of course, this is deja vu.  Going back to the farewell statement
of Jack Kelleher in 1998 I believe, he outlined a group of suggested changes 
to enhance QCWA in the Journal..

To my knowledge, none were ever adopted or embraced;  nor were they ever 
presented to the membership for consideration.

I hope the "open mind" concept is carried out by the QCWA board.
