Speaking of unusual airplane events.....I remember coming into Hickam Field 
and seeing a huge 747 with Air India on the side parked in front of the old 
terminal.  Turned out that the Prime Minister had donated a baby elephant to 
the Honolulu Zoo and delivered it in person.  That would have been around 
1985 or so.
