Hi Walt......yes, it makes sense to use some signal like WAR as a
reference.....all the transmitters at WAR were at Fort Belvoir VA and our
receivers were at Battery Cove, MD....
In Hawaii you could have used the WTJ signals from Ft Shafter on Oahu but
I'm sure you already know that.
Looking foward to some more of the interesting stuff from you.
