[QCWA] Ham license renewals

Thanks Paul Im getting near my target now.  Got a feedback email addr
and sent them a req for a form 605 via snail mail and instructions
as to where to send the filled out form.
(gosh whats gonna  happen down the road when internet is the only
  means of access to anything)_!!!  Its rapidly approaching that right now
as far as I can see.  Most 85 year olds and 90 year olds will have to
go back to a donkey and a cart to get anything done!!!!
