Joe....why are you making this so complicated?
No reason whatsoever that you have to pay someone to renew your license.
It can be renewed in just several minutes by just going to the FCC website 
and filling in a few spaces.
If you wish, I will be glad to do it for you if you give me all the 
pertinent information.
