I checked your page on QRZ, and you do have an FRN number, so all you 
need to do it file for renewal.  If you use the FCC site, it may even 
fill in some of the information for you. 

If you'd like, I'll be happy to file the form for you at no charge.  
(W5YI now charges $8.00.) All you need to do is provide me with the 
information.  Your license expires November 4, 2006, so you have a whole 
year.
