[QCWA] Ph Patching

I also did phone patches up till about 5 years back when Ph
patching dropped off to nil in ARMY MARS.   They still have it
available in some areas, but noone seems to need it anymore
with cell/phone linkage all over the globe.   Ph Patching sorta
followed CW into a dead end street as MARS outlawed CW on
all their freqcys Sept 30 1996.   We copied the final speedy
cw broadcast from WAR on that date.     We still have to report
Phone patches in our monthly participation repore required of
all MARS members!
