[QCWA] Major Armstrong 70th anniversary Special Event

The Major Edwin H Armstrong Memorial Radio Club & Major Armstrong FM
Association will operate a special event station to coincide with the
70th anniversary of the first public demonstration of wideband FM
broadcasting in
1935. Using the callsigns W2XMN & W2XEA, which were assigned to the
Armstrong FM station at his
Alpine, NJ tower, to commemorate this historic event on the weekend of
June 11 & 12, 2005. For more
