A couple of days ago, I called CQ on 20 meter CW.  I was answered by K4ZDH in Gettysburg, PA.  Op Riley.

Yes, it was Riley Hollingsworth, Chief of Amateur Enforcement at FCC.

He is a good CW op.  He commented on my Drake equipment, saying he loves his 30 year old Drake gear.

It's good to have a ham like that in such an important position at FCC.  I wish he were in charge of the FCC's reaction to the BPL fiasco.
