[QCWA] Old Novice license KN9TGK or KN9TJK

The only KN9--- calls in 1960 call book start with KN9U--
since KN9T-- would come before U then it must have been before 1959.
I believe they were only good for 1 year.
I doubt that it was KN9TGK because K9TGK was already issued.
Most of the time the  KN call issued was if the K call wasn't in use.
So if you got KN9--- then K9--- (same suffix) was open.
I have seen some exceptions to this, so you then would get a completely
 different suffix upon upgrading within that year slot.
