[QCWA] Old Novice license

I have a freind who needs proof of an old novice license that he held in 
the late
1950's. He currently is a no-code Tech, and would like to upgrade to General,
but is having a teribble time with the code. The old callsign is either KN9TGK,
or KN9TJK. It would be licensed to a person living in Brazil, Indiana. If 
anyone
has an old call book that could help us out it would be greatly appreciated.
