Ed - The editor sends a copy to the president, me and the chair on 
the Journal oversight committee. There were a number of problems, I 
know. They were noted but obviously were not all corrected. I'm 
waiting for the draft on the fall issue,  but as I said, I have no 
idea at this point of what the schedule will be.		Chuck
