Does someone have the responsibility to proof read the entire Journal
before printing?

There were a lot of editing errors in the last one.  For example,
"something" was not able to understand the slashed zero used in a
callsign and inserted a question mark in it's place.  This was printed. 
There were a number of other question marks as well.

By the way, has anyone stepped up to take on the Scholarship role?
