[QCWA] old call help again

I was  WN7WLQ in 1973, I think it was good for 2 yrs then.  would have been WA7WLQ if I had upgraded then.  I waited till 1980 and got KA7NXL then N7EPI and then the one I have presently KD7MY.

  Yep. Novice licenses went form one year (non-renewable) to two years
  (still non-renewable) in late 1968 when some of the "incentive licensing"
  provisions kicked in.  The phone privs on 145-147 MHz were also dropped.
  75 watts input power, crystal control, CW only on 80, 40, 15 and 2 meters.
